             At NRI -Mission Statement  

     Our Mission Statement is to transform the lives of our Comrades and Constituents into one that says and demonstrates the No to Recidivism and Incarceration.

     We aim to achieve this objective through the permanent displacement of self-defeating and counter-productive thoughts.

     This formula has been tried, tested and implemented by the FOUNDER of NRI; and expanded through the TWELVE POINT VALUES, PRINCIPLES and BELIEF SYSTEM, including the TWELVE DEPARTMENTS or DIVISIONS that cover the full spectrum of guidance and training of the Men and Women whose former lifestyles have given rise to the creation and development of this PROGRAM/ORGANIZATION which is designed to make full use of our gifts and talents.

     NRI is a game changing Network of Men and Women who are committed to the highest aims, goals, and objectives known to MANKIND, which is the pursuit of FREEDOM and the MAINTENANCE of that FREEDOM.

     We have doctors, lawyers, teachers, and educators, at every educational level, and substance abuse counselors, including Members from among the Law Enforcement Community, and Parole and Probation Officers, even Judges and Justices of the Peace; all of whom are committed to the achievement of the aforementioned objectives of NRI. We have Civic and business owners (entrepreneurs) and founders of Organizations (both 'for profit' and 'non-profit') who are making available their time, energy and resources to accomplish the above said.
